Strength and Mobibility for Runners

This is a special 4-session package specifically designed for runners. Each 60 minute session includes exercises specifically selected to help your body endure the stresses of running. Sessions include:

  • Self-myofascial release (foam roll, tennis balls, The Stick)
  • Static and dynamic stretching (quads, calves, glutes, hip flexors, t-spine...)
  • Activation for weak supporting muscles (glute medius, lower traps, hip flexors...)
  • Light strengthening (now is not the time to start heavy weights!).
You get a handout with pictures and descriptions of all planned exercises.

Each session will have up to 6 people.

Program cost is $80.
