After your initial assessment, your custom training program will be created for you. Then it is time to train! At Custom Strength, you have the option of semi-private or one-on-one training.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training is a cost-effective and fun way to train. Though your program will remain unique to your needs, your trainer will coach you along with up to two other people. people.

In a semi-private training environment, you get the best of both worlds:

  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This is done in a one on one session.
  • Personalized programs
  • Form-checking
  • Motivation from your trainer and those working out with you
  • Guidance, coaching and feedback from an experienced trainer

First month, includes FMS, custom program and 3 sessions

per session if you commit to six months or more. You pay monthly.

per session (regular rate)

One-on-One Training
One-on-one training sessions are identical to the semi-private sessions, but you will have 100% of the coaches attention. This is a great option for anyone who prefers a more intimate setting.

Note that there are limited times available for one-on-one training. Contact us to find out if there is a convenient time for you available.

Semi-private and one-on-one training sessions are 60 minute long, and take place at the commercial garage behind 11 Fairmont Ave in Hintonburg (aka "the shed")
