The 30 Minute Program (12-week program for only $24.99!)
This is a 12-week complete program that you can do in just 30 Minutes 3 to 5 times a week! Each week you will have 2 strength days, a conditioning day, and an optional power day, and an optional second conditioning day.
Each day you will do a bit of a foam rolling, and some mobility exercises. On strength days, you will also do a circuit of activation and strength exercises, and on power days, you will do a circuit of activation and power exercises. Conditioning days will involve either intervals or steady-state cardio.
The 12-week program includes 3 separate and progressive phases. While this program is not built specifically to meet your specific body, it is built based on our knowledge of how the body should move for optimal health, and of common movement dysfunctions in our society.
As soon as you sign up you will receive the program for the first month via email. You will receive the next phase in a month, and the final phase the month after that. Each will include an introduction, progress tracking sheets and detailed descriptions and images of the exercises in pdf format.
As with everything we do, the program is guaranteed, and we are always happy to answer questions should any arise.
Equipment required:

- some dumbbells
- a foam roll
- a stability ball
This program is built on sound strength and conditioning design principles, and is geared to make you stronger, move better, improve both aerobic and anaeorbic conditioning, and improve your overall fitness. If you always miss workouts because you just don't have the time, this is the program for you!
Hip Training Program (3 phases of progressions for only $24.99!)
This is a stability and mobility program created specifically for those with a history of hip trouble. It includes exercises that address typical hip issues such as hip flexion tightness, glute strength, hip rotation, quad tightness, and IT band tightness.
It also includes exercises that address other limitations that can worsen hip issues or that sometimes result from long term problems. This includes working on thoracic spine mobility, lower trap activation, core strength, leg strength, and ankle mobility.
It is important to note that this program should not be viewed as an alternative to the care that you receive from your physician or health care provider.
Equipment required:
- some bands or tubing
- a stability ball is preferred but not essential
Note that this program was created by CustomStrength's head trainer, who has undergone hip surgery herself and returned to previous sporting levels. Her experience with rehab have a strong influence on this program.
