Training (in-gym and video-coached)

Price (monthly) Description

Up to four coached (semi-private) training sessions per month, plus a customized workout program that we'll update every 6 weeks. This price is based on a 6 month commitment. If you prefer not to commit, you can enjoy this option for $216 per month. This option is available either in-person at our gym or from the comfort of your home via video.

Up to eight coached (semi-private) training sessions each month. This is the same as once per week training, except you can come train twice as often, and along with that, we update your customized workout program each month instead of every 6 weeks. This price is based on a 6 month commitment. If you prefer not to commit, you can enjoy this option for $424 per month. This option is available either in-person at our gym or from the comfort of your home via video.

Up to twelve coached (semi-private) training sessions each month. This is the same as once per week training, except you can come train three times as often, and along with that, we update your customized workout program each 3 to 4 weeks instead of every 6 weeks. This price is based on a 6 month commitment. If you prefer not to commit, you can enjoy this option for $624 per month. This option is available either in-person at our gym or from the comfort of your home via video.

Open gym sessions. Looking for extra workouts without adding too much to your monthly training bill? You can book open gym sessions to come use our equipment. We'll have your workout program out for you, but beyond that, this will be a self-guided work out. This option is available in-gym for clients who also do coached training with us.

Extra program design. Going out of town and want to do some sort of workout while you're away? Or interested in an at-home workout to complement your in-gym workout? Or maybe you're interested in getting program updates more frequently than is included with your training? Let us create a program you can take with you. Let us know what (if any) equipment you'll have access to, and how much time you want to spend working out (be honest here - we want it to be a workout you'll do) and we'll put something together for you. Note this is an additional offering for our regular clients only. We need to know your strengths and you'll need to have a base knowledge of our training approach for this to work.
